1.CHIA SEEDS

It has an anti-aging property. It helps to decrease scars and pimples on the face. Soak around a tsp of chia seeds overnight in a cup of water. It will swell up in the morning. Now consume this mixture along with 1 cup of water early morning on an empty stomach for best results.

2. WALNUTS AND ALMONDS

If you want to look young, including walnuts and almonds in your diet is a must. Walnuts are rich sources of fatty acids that are produced by the body so it is important to consume from an outside source. Have soaked four walnuts and two almonds any time of the day on a regular basis.

Throughout the day, at least 3-4 liters of water should be taken at regular intervals. Sip by sip slow water consumption that is 1-2 glasses of water at a time. This is to provide moisture to the skin cells and avoid dehydration.

4.VEGETABLES

All green vegetables are high water content, especially leafy ones. Vegetables like carrots and broccoli. It is rich in antioxidants, vitamin C, and vitamin E. It also protects the skin from ultraviolet rays which are harmful. It can be consumed in the form of salad or stir fry.

5. DATES

Dates are rich sources of tannin which protect from cell damage. It will reduce inflammation, swelling, and wrinkles. Any skin allergy can be treated with dates. Consume 2-3 dates on a regular basis which can be taken at any time of the day.
