Shalini Soni is the prime example of how dedication in the face of challenges can lead to the accomplishment of goals. Shalini discovered her passion for fitness some years ago and joined the gym. After a couple of years of being a regular there, she had to leave the gym due to objections from her family. But there was no way she was giving up on working out. She started training at home and got better by the day. Earlier she worked out without equipment but by participating in fitness challenges online, she accommodated some equipment at her home.

"I feel very happy with what I am doing every day and I push myself to do better."
